What we are
Clients range from small and independent businesses through to larger teams running production systems. Engagements are led by practitioners who bring direct build and production experience to the work, and we're upfront about exactly what an engagement includes, so there are no surprises once it begins.
The firm is deliberately small. That keeps engagements direct and free of the overhead that comes with larger consultancies, with senior specialists brought in to match the scope of each piece of work.

Who's behind it
Gaurav Tapadkar
Gaurav has spent over 20 years building and running technology in global banking and industrial enterprises, including Standard Chartered Bank, J.P. Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, ABB, Teradata and TCS, working across the United States, Singapore, Mexico and India.
His background covers both engineering leadership and programme delivery. He has run Site Reliability Engineering, Observability and DevOps functions, and led enterprise-wide transformation and cost-optimisation programmes with full budget, vendor and governance ownership.
He now works directly on client engagements through GT Studio Labs, bringing the same engineering discipline and delivery rigour built over two decades in large, regulated environments to smaller, faster-moving teams.
